As a caretaker, you will have a varied and responsible role where you combine caretaker duties with ensuring that our guests have the best experience. Your work will include everything from helping with practical tasks such as maintenance of the facility to being a warm and helpful face for our guests. You will answer questions, assist with their needs, and uphold rules to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for everyone at Utö.

Duration:

• Option 1: 1/6-16/8

• Option 2: 1/5-16/12

We offer a salary according to collective agreements and accommodation (for those over 18) at a favorable price.

The position involves varying working hours and a workload of 100%.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property service / caretaking

• B driver's license (manual)

Meritorious:

• Having worked at seasonal destinations before

• Previous experience in a responsible role

• Experience from work in property service / caretaking

The position includes:

As a caretaker, you will have a varied role. You will assist with practical tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and cleaning, but also be an important part of our service by assisting our guests with their questions and needs. You will keep an eye on the rules and ensure that everyone in the area feels safe and welcome. Your day may vary from changing a light bulb to giving tips on the best places to visit on the island – all to ensure our guests have the best experience.
